By joining and attending all 4 sessions we will give you a lifetime access to the 4 week foundations course. Once you fill out this form it will give you the zoom link for you to join just the first 4 Monday's of March at 8pm Eastern, 7pm Central, 6pm Mountain, or 5pm Pacific Time Zone. Each class will be between 1-1.5 hours. So plan to be there an hour and a half. The format will be mostly teaching, but also some discussion. Please don't give real personal information, as these videos will be online for years to come.
